Hello!
Because I cant find useful Joomla3 editor emoticons plugin.
So I make this
I hope this will helpful for everyone

Only in joomla3
 
After install ,Please goto turn on plugin and set it up
 
 
it will look like this...
 
I use the Add button to add emoticons
Then, use the [name] to as KEY, and copy Images to the folder in the plug-in.
 
This has the advantage that if you change the emoticon image.the image will renew and dont change the image name that make the emoticon lost.
